The regular one can also cause damage to enemies’ health. Throwing grenades can be dangerous because throw-animation could delay your response.
Grenades can be fatal and cause the game to end. Fortunately, there are hidden CSGO strategies that you can use with Grenades. To distract your enemies, you can also throw them from a distance. This article lists the top 10 places to throw grenades on the Dust 2 map in CSGO.
Best Grenade Spots In CSGO Dust 2 (2022)
The right strategy and throwing grenades will give you an advantage over your opponents. It doesn’t matter if the grenades are being thrown by one person or in a group.
Here are the best places to throw Grenades and where they should be thrown. Don’t pull out a gun when your enemy is nearby. While throwing a grenade at a distance is best, it’s not the best.
It’s crucial to throw one from the right place. This is easier to understand if you consider X the point of standing and Y the point of throwing.

All important callouts are located on the CSGO Dust 2 Maps. This map is used to find the best locations to throw grenades. To make it easier, I’ll use the codes S & T. S stands for standing point, and T stands for throwing point. To throw your grenade at Y, you must be on X. This will allow you to throw grenades far away and increase your range.
T-Group’s Top CSGO Grenade Locations
1. T-Spawn to Mid Door:
- X – T – Spawn
- Y – Mid Doors
At T-Spawn, place yourself on the spot where you can see the Suicide area, the thin alley that leads to Top Mid > Mid and then to Mid Doors. Look up to the sky, run ahead, and throw the grenade.
The projection will lead grenades to drop outside the mid-doors. Either it bounces or crosses through the door. CT-Spawn is just to the right of Mid-Door.
This will create a panic environment within them. To an extent, the opposing team might believe you are near them. This is the best spot to confuse CT in Dust 2.
2. T-Spawn Long Door:
- X – T – Spawn
- Y – Long doors
Long Doors lead to the T-Spawn area. You will need to run to get some space before throwing the grenades. The screenshot below shows multiple locations. Don’t stand and throw. Instead, run a bit and then aim for the locations.
It can be thrown inside or above the doors. Tossing it higher will result in the grenade being dropped between Blue and Side Pit. To adjust your trajectory, you will need to practice.
This is the best Dust 2 location to throw a bomb before crossing the long door. Also, you can throw grenades near the doors. They will drop at Long A.
3. Car at Long A
The Car area to the left of CT-Spawn can be directly targeted.
This spot is famous for camping. To do this, cross the long door to the right and use the barrel to your right. To gain height, climb up and toss the grenade above the roof.
However, this will cause the grenade’s landing point to be right at or near the car. This will allow you to lower the health of any enemy camp in that area. This is a more innovative way of moving towards the A base.
4. A-Base
This trick can be used if you have the bomb in your possession and you know there are CT guys who can defuse it. Place the grenade in the corner of the A-Base wall near the box. Refer to the image above.
This will defuse the CT guy. This is the best way to distract or reduce your health before taking over. Molotov’s can do more damage than anyone else in the range.
5. Upper B- Tunnels
If enemies guard your B-Base, you can use the wall above to stop them from dropping grenades. Grenades can be thrown outside, but they won’t expose you.
You can also communicate with your team to get more. This will allow you to scatter players at the base location. This is a great spot to flash your enemies.
These are the best grenade spots for Dust 2 in CSGO. However, this is available for both CT and T teams. I will update the guide with more precise spots.
All rely on the throw angle. This will allow you to see in advance where the grenade is. You can easily confuse or wipe out your enemies with team play.
