However, Motorola claims it’s not. Motorola claims it is not. The Moto G51 was a 5G smartphone with its pros and cons. However, the Moto G52 offers a standalone 4G option with its strengths and a few drawbacks. The Moto G52 starts at Rs 14,499.

Display: MotoG52’s 6.6-inch 1080p POLED display has a 90Hz refresh rate, hole punch cut-out, and a 66-inch resolution. The Moto G52’s slim bezels are likely due to the pOLED material. The Moto G52’s screen supports DC dimming and has a touch sampling rate of 360Hz. Moto G51 features a 6.8-inch 1080p IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh and hole punch cutout.
Processor: Moto G52 uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Plus is used in Moto G51.
RAM, storage: Moto G52 has up to 6GB RAM (or 128GB uMCP) storage. You can expand this amount via a micro-SD card slot. The Moto G51 has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage as standard. This can be expanded via a hybrid card slot.
Software: Moto G52 uses near-stock Android 12 software. Motorola has confirmed that the Moto G52 will receive “assured Android 13” and up to three years’ worth of security updates. The Moto G51 runs Android 11 straight out of the box.
Rear camera setup: Moto G52 has a triple camera setup at the rear. It includes a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle, and a 2MP macro sensor. However, Moto G51 uses the same design.
Front camera: Moto G52 comes with a 16MP selfie cam. The Moto G51 has a 13MP selfie camera.
Fast charging, battery capacity: MotoG52 has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. Moto G51 has a 5,000mAh battery, but 20W charging is slower.
Speaker setup: Moto G52 has dual speakers that support Dolby Atmos. Moto G51 comes with a mono speaker.
Design: Both smartphones have an all-plastic body that is water-resistant to IP52. The Moto G52 is lighter and thinner at 7.9mm and just 169g.
Prices India
MotoG52 starts at Rs 14.499 for a model with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, and 64GB. For Rs 15,499., you can get a model with 6GB RAM (and 128GB storage). The Moto G51’s price in India is Rs 14,999 for the version with 4GB RAM or 64GB storage. Motorola claims that this special pricing is introductory.
